Catering Option Includes:
• Coffee bar setup and teardown
• One (1) barista concierge for a minimum of 2 hours of service
• 2 cream options (1/2 & 1/2, non-dairy powder)
• 3 syrup flavors of your choice
• Sugar and Splenda
• Unlimited 12 oz drinks:
• Coffee (regular and decaf)
• Hot teas (black, green, and chai)
• Hot chocolate
(Menu available upon request)
Cost of Services:
• Two hours of service (minimum): $3.50 per person
• Service charge: $150
• Third hour and beyond: $1.75 per person per hour
Add-On Options (quoted upon request):
• Oat milk
• Additional syrup flavors
• Whipped cream for hot cocoa
• Marshmallows for hot cocoa
• Additional baristas: $25/hour (standard is one barista per 50 guests)
Event Location Requirements:
• One 115-volt dedicated circuit within 15 feet of the coffee station
• A 6-foot table or bar area to set up the machine.
